With more than 115 vehicles, the fleet of the Civil Engineering & Urban Space division characterizes the cityscape of Jena. 12 existing electric cars are all in use in this area. These are used in the areas of electrical engineering, road management, building yard, tree care, playgrounds, traffic guidance systems, signage and parking lot management. The possibility of further conversions to alternative drive systems will also be examined over the next few years.
